Arrange a Plant- for- the- Planet academy in your city! Plant- for- the- Planet academies enhance children’s knowledge significantly at extra-curricular locations and they raise awareness for topics like the climate crisis and global justice. The academies are explicitly recommended by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, with Sigmar Gabriel as patron.

What is required for Plant- for- the- Planet acadamies?
In general the following is needed to conduct (hold) an academy: space, students, climate ambassadors, a sponsor, a moderator and further, depending on the fact whether a plant session will be hold, a forester.
In addition mentors are needed who support the children in their activities after having participated in a planting session.
